He shared the name via his Instagram account with a caption “Feels like yesterday when all this was a dream..Thank you all #DearReekaddict #Spotlight #SpotlightTheAlbum.”
The post also came with an accompanying video where he pens down an emotional letter to his ‘Reekaddict’ fans.
In the letter, Reekado thanks his fans for their support, listening to his music, and he can’t wait to share the album with them.
He also tells them to believe in themselves and live their dreams.
The album is expected to contain collaborations with Nigerian and international acts with his popular songs – ‘Katapot’, ‘Sugar baby’, ‘Corner’, ‘Tomorrow’, and ‘Oluwa ni’ , ‘Standard’ amongst others expected on the 18 album tracklist.
Banks’ single ‘Oluwa ni’ has been nominated for Best Song at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards coming up in September 2016.
