England finished second in Group B at Euro 2016 after they drew with Slovakia and Wales beat Russia to take top spot.


England, who made six changes from the win over Wales, failed to turn their superiority into goals as Jamie Vardy had a shot saved when through on goal.

Slovakia's Robert Mak saw an effort scrambled away after a Chris Smalling mistake, before Dele Alli had an effort cleared off the line at the other end.

England will now play either Austria, Hungary, Iceland or Portugal.
