All eyes were on Khloe Kardashian as she stepped out in a gorgeous curve-hugging dress for grandma MJ's birthday.

As the reality family gathered together in La Jolla, San Diego, for the celebrations, the 32-year-old donned a pretty pink suede dress, which showed off her gym-honed figure.

The skin-tight dress revealed Khloe's enviable curves and tiny waist – while its plunging neckline and underwired top highlighted her cleavage.

Mary Jo Campbell's 82nd birthday saw all the Keeping Up With The Kardashian stars turn up to party – including sister Kourtney and her ex Scott Disick.

But while the rest of the klan put on a relatively casual display, Khloe stole the show in her bodycon gown.

The star complemented the blush dress with a pair of nude Louboutin heels.

Meanwhile her long blonde locks were styled into a centre parting with loose waves to flatter her face.
